Products
All pieces are handcrafted jewelry. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations in shape, finish, tone, or texture may occur. These natural differences are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects. We make every effort to display colors and details accurately; however, actual appearance may vary depending on your device screen.
Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable. The price charged will be the one displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its authorized providers. Guill Jewelry does not store full payment card details.
Orders
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. Acceptance of your order occurs once it has been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or product unavailability.

Returns
