Refund policy

We offer a 15-day return period. You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition in which it was received, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns must be requested before sending the item back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns, as Guill Jewelry cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit before they are received by us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: personalized or custom-made pieces, items made to the customer’s specifications, gift cards, and sale items (unless defective). Custom or personalized jewelry may only be returned if it arrives defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours through our Contact Page, including photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
