Made-to-Order Production

Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Production time is approximately 7–10 business days before shipment and begins once payment has been successfully confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, production times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs processing, or force majeure events.

Confirmation & Risk

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon physical delivery of the goods.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
